Marco Vera Bustamente (†46) has worked in Vienna’s lively gastronomy for many years. Being from Peru and in love with the food of his country, he and his friends had to go all the way to Bratislava to enjoy it. The next step followed naturally: Why not open the first Peruvian restaurant in Vienna? So he asked the chef of the restaurant in Bratislava to join him in Vienna. He said yes. The rest is history.
